He began his career in consulting in New York, NY, providing financial services to Fortune 500 clients spanning a broad range of industries. Upon returning to California, from 2013 to 2017, he worked on reporting, financial budgeting, and forecasting (FP&A) for various entertainment companies in Los Angeles. In 2018, Arkadiy did a career pivot from finance to data analytics. He spent the next several years working for large data-driven marketing agencies in numerous client-facing roles where he provided management and C-Suite executives with data solutions, customer service, and strategic recommendations. This included a broad range of clients across technology, financial services, and entertainment.

Arkadiy left the private sector to join the state in 2021 where prior to joining ABC, he built a brand-new team of process improvement and analytics professionals at the Financial Management Branch at the California Department of Public Health and led change management efforts across the branch.

He is excited to bring data solutions to ABC’s efforts to modernize its processes and drive efficiency while providing the highest level of customer service. Arkadiy holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He also holds a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license (inactive status) from New York State.
