Deputy Division Chief - Southern Division

Frank brings more than 22 years of law enforcement experience. He started his state career at ABC in 1998 as an Investigator Trainee in the Los Angeles Metro District Office. He was quickly promoted to Investigator I, and a few years later was promoted to Investigator II. In 2002 Frank transferred to the Special Operations Unit (SOU) and worked out of the Southern Division Headquarters in Cerritos until 2005 when he was promoted to Supervising Investigator of the Riverside District.

In 2008, Frank transferred to the Long Beach/Lakewood District and served in that district for five years, in 2013 he transferred to Cerritos Enforcement Office and later that year accepted a limited term position as a District Administrator, and then Supervising Agent in Charge in the Monrovia District.

In January 2017, Frank was promoted to the position of Supervising Agent in Charge of the Van Nuys District, and in the summer of 2017, he took over as Supervising Agent in Charge of the Special Operations Unit (SOU) in Southern Division. He held that position until his promotion to Deputy Division Chief. Frank holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Los Angeles.
