Jason Stockbridge began his law enforcement career in 2005 with the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office in Northern California. He spent two years as a correctional deputy sheriff before transferring to patrol in 2007. Jason has also formerly worked as a seasonal police officer for the California Exposition and State Fair Police Department in Sacramento and a reserve police officer for the city of Wheatland.
In December 2012, Jason was hired as an agent with ABC in the Santa Rosa District Office. He held a variety of assignments in the Santa Rosa, Bay Area Enforcement, and Sacramento District Offices, and in 2018 he transferred to the newly expanded Training Unit where he remained after being promoted to Supervising Agent in 2019. Jason was promoted to Supervising Agent in Charge in 2023 and held assignments in the Santa Rosa and Sacramento District Offices prior to being promoted to his current position of Deputy Division Chief. Since 2024, Jason has served on the Professional Development Committee for the National Liquor Law Enforcement Association.
Jason has a passion for training and development and is a POST-certified instructor in multiple disciplines including firearms, less-lethal weapons, Taser, use of force/de-escalation, and crisis intervention. He is also adjunct faculty at Yuba Community College where he is an instructor in the police academy. Jason holds an associate’s degree in social science from American River College.
