Randal Milloy

Division Chief, Southern Division

With 20 years of law enforcement experience, Milloy worked as a police officer for the Department of Mental Health prior to his time at ABC, where he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.  While at the Department of Mental Health, Randal held assignments such as Field Training Officer, Watch Commander, and Internal Affairs Investigator.

Milloy came to ABC in 2012 as an Investigator assigned to the Monrovia Office, followed by a transfer to the Special Operations Unit (SOU) in 2015 based out of the Southern Division HQ in Cerritos.  Randal was later promoted to Supervising Agent over SOU, followed by Supervising Agent in Charge over the Cerritos Enforcement Office (CEO) covering the Los Angeles Metro Area.  In 2025, Randal was additionally assigned as the interim Supervising Agent in Charge for the Lakewood District Office. 

While with the department, Randal has frequently managed large-scale events and has held auxiliary assignments, including Internal Affairs Investigator, Background Investigator, and was assigned to manage the department’s communications system.
