The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patios at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.
Petitioner(s) shall police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises as depicted on ABC-253, dated 01/05/24.
The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.
At all times when the premises are open, petitioner(s) shall provide one (1)licensed uniformed security guard(s) on Sunday-Thursday; and two(2) security guard(s) on Friday and Saturday and shall maintain order therein and prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property by nearby residents.
Said patio(s) shall be fully enclosed with a fixed barrier and shall have only one(1) entrance/exit point(s).
A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.
The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.
Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio/terrace/other area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.
Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 01/05/24 and ABC-253 dated 01/05/24.
