Operating Restrictions:

The premises shall be maintained primarily as a convenience store/car wash and the sale of products, other than beer and wine, measured by gross receipts on an annual basis, shall exceed the annual sales o beer and wine, measured by gross receipts.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight each day of the week.

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices maintained upon the premises at any time.

No harmful video cassette tapes and/or video cassette containers which depict sexually explicit scenes as defined in Section 313(a) of the California Penal Code shall be sold, offered for sale, or be displayed any place on the licensed premises.

No wine shall be sold with an alcohol content of greater than 15% by volume except for "Dinner Wines" which have been aged two years or more and maintained in corked bottles.

The possession of alcoholic beverages in open containers and the consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253 Supplemental Diagram.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

Loitering is prohibited on these premises and on any property to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within twenty-four (24) hours of being applied.
