Operating Restrictions:

The sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Monday and 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 1/8/24 and ABC-253 dated 1/4/24.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of graffiti the premises and the area adjacent to the premises over which he/she has control and shall be responsible for its removal within 48 hours of its appearance or upon notice of its appearance to the petitioner(s)

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 1/8/24 and ABC-253 dated 1/4/24.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of beer and wine for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide American food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

At times when the premises are open for business the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be made only in conjunction with the sale of food to the person ordering the beverage.
