Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM midnight each day of the week.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 7:00AM and 11:00pm, each day of the week.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to, live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons.

No patron will be permitted to carry an alcoholic beverage from interior portion of the premises to said patio/terrace/other area, nor from said patio/terrace/other area to the interior portion of the premises.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
