Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00a.m. and 1:00a.m. from Sunday through Wednesday, and 6:00a.m. and 2:00a.m. from Thursday through Saturday.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond 100 feet of the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 1/4/24.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on PATIO/TERRACE, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

No distilled spirits shall be sold by the bottle.
