Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 12/15/23 and ABC-253 dated 12/15/23.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 12/15/23 and ABC-253 dated 12/15/23.

Petitioner(s) shall police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises as depicted on ABC-253, dated 12/15/23.

Petitioner(s) shall not require an admission charge or a cover charge, nor shall there be a requirement to purchase a minimum number of drinks.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The rear door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

No patron parking shall be permitted in the back area of the premises near the premises patio.

There shall be no amplified music on the premises, with the exception of one jukebox.

The front door, facing Palm Ave, shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency, to permit deliveries, and patron ingress and egress. Said door not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.
