Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00AM and 10:00PM Sunday through Thursday and 8:00AM and 12:00 Midnight Friday and Saturday, with the exception that on New Year's Eve the hours will be extended to 2:00AM.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio/terrace/other area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
