Operating Restrictions:

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 am to 12:00 am each day of the week.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

Trash shall not be disposed of into outside trash or recycling containers between the hours of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

The rear door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
