Operating Restrictions:

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide food restaurant with an operational kitchen,and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants. Food service shall be available at all times during normal operating hours.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

During normal meal hours, the majority of the premises seating shall be designed and used for and must possess the necessary utensils, table service, and condiment dispensers with which to serve meals to the public.

The premises shall be equipped and maintained in good faith and shall possess, in operative condition, such convenience for cooking foods as a stove, ovens, broiler, or other devices as well as pots, pans or containers which can be used for cooking or heating foods on the type of heating device employed.

No employee or agent shall solicit or any alcoholic beverage or non-alcoholic beverage from any customer while in the premises.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.
