Operating Restrictions:

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 10-24-23.

There shall be no pool tables, amusement machines or video game devices maintained upon the premises at any time.

The rear door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

Private/semi-private Karaoke Rooms constructed on the premises and depicted on the ABC-257 diagram dated 10-24-23 shall have the following characteristics: a. No physical obstruction, including but not limited to planters, partitions, or items of décor, shall be placed or attached in any manner so as to obstruct the view of the rooms' interior from the outside the room. b. Doors to said rooms shall not be lockable from either side of the door. c. the lighting in said rooms shall have no "dimmer" type lighting controls in the interior of said rooms. d. Said rooms shall not contain refrigeration units of any type. e. All food and beverages served to patrons utilizing said rooms will be by way of waiter/waitress service only. f. Said rooms shall be equipped with audio and video equipment sufficient for performances commonly associated with Karaoke style entertainment. g. Karaoke style entertainment must be available at all times in said rooms during the hours of operation of the premises.

All karaoke rooms contained within the premises must have at least one clear glass window which allows the activities in the interior of the rooms to be easily discernible at all times.
