The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio/terrace/other area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

Said patio/terrace/other area shall be fully enclosed with a fixed barrier and shall have at least 2 entrance/exit point(s).

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
