Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily.

Full meal service must be made available at all times that the premises are exercising the privileges of its ABC license until at least one-half hour prior to the cessation of the exercise of the privileges of the ABC license.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

Except as provided in Condition 5 below, no noise shall be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee.

Any noise caused by entertainment or amplified sound that is subject to the provisions of an active Entertainment Permit issued by the San Francisco Entertainment Commission shall be authorized in accordance with the limits established by that Entertainment Permit, including any limitation on hours during which entertainment or amplified sound is permitted. A violation of the entertainment or amplified sound noise conditions of the Entertainment Permit, as determined by the San Francisco Entertainment Commission (or any successor agency), shall be deemed to be a violation of this Condition. Any noise that is not subject to, or is beyond the scope of, the Entertainment Permit shall be subject to Condition 4 above. “Entertainment Permit” means any of the following: a Just Add Music permit, a Limited Live Performance permit, a Place of Entertainment permit, a Fixed Place Amplified Sound permit, or any similar such permit issued by the San Francisco Entertainment Commission.

Loitering (loitering is defined as "to stand idly about; linger aimlessly without lawful business")is prohibited on any sidewalks or property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control,as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

Graffiti shall be removed the premises under the control of the licensee within 72 hours of application If the graffiti occurs on a Friday or weekend day, or on a holiday, the licensee shall remove the graffiti within 72 hours following the beginning of the next weekday.

The exterior of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the exterior of the premises. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

When the said patio/terrace/other area of the premises is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio/terrace/other area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
