The entire perimeter of the structure, the alley and parking lot be illuminated during hours of darkness.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s. Legible signs should be posted prominently to advise the public of statutes pertaining to such illicit activity.

The applicant shall post signs, in compliance with Section 41.27(3)L.A.M.C., on the outside of the premises notifying the public of the provisions of the Section 41.27(d) L.A.M.C., in both English and Spanish in the area as follows; It is a violation of 41.27(d)L.A.M.C., to possess any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, on or adjacent to theses premises.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 3/15/2016.

No narcotics paraphernalia or related items are to be sold or distributed at the location.

No single cups shall be sold or distributed, and cups shall only be sold in the manufacturer's package.

Ice cubes shall be sold in no less than a five pound bag.

There shall be no coin-operated video machines maintained upon the premises at any time.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of graffiti, the exterior of the premises over which they have control. The petitioner(s) shall remove graffiti within 72 hours.

The location shall open no earlier than 7:00am. and close no later than 10:00pm seven days a week.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

The applicant shall provide adequate lighting above the entrance to the premises. This lighting shall be of sufficient strength to make visible the identity and actions of all person entering or exiting the premises.

The licensee(s) shall not sell and/or offer for sale or display any magazine, video or other printed material which contains pictures depicting: a. Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. b. Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, buttocks anus or genitals. c. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva or the anus or the genitals. d. Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict, or drawings are employed to portray, any other prohibited activities described above.
