Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 02:00 a.m. each day of the week.

No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee(s) provide or permit, or make available either gratuitous or for compensation, male or female patrons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.

No employee or agent shall solicit or accept any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage from any customer while in the premises.

Petitioner(s) shall not require an admission charge or a cover charge, nor shall there be a requirement to purchase a minimum number of drinks.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated DATE and ABC-253 dated DATE.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

Private/semi-private Karaoke room constructed on the premises shall have the following characteristics: A. No physical obstruction, including but not limited to, planters, partitions or items of décor, shall be placed or attached to any section of the doors or wall which covers any portion of the glass within the door or walls. B. All doors and walls to said rooms shall be constructed in such a manner as to have a least a clear glass window in the upper portion of said door and wall which measures no less than 3' by 3'. C. Doors to said rooms must allow the activities in the interior of the rooms to be easily discernible at all times and shall not be lockable from either side of the door. D. The lighting in said rooms will be sufficient to make discernible the activities in the interior of the rooms at all times. E. There shall be no "dimmer" type lighting controls in the interior of said rooms. F. Said rooms shall not contain refrigeration units of any type. G. All food and beverages served to patrons utilizing said rooms will be by way of waitress service only. H. Karaoke style entertainment must be available at all times in said rooms during the hours of operation of the premises. I. Said rooms shall be equipped with audio and video equipment sufficient for performances commonly associated with Karaoke style entertainment.

The sale of distilled spirits by the bottle for same day or future consumption is prohibited.
