Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 Midnight each day of the week.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

There shall be no dancing allowed on the premises.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee(s) provide or permit, or make available either gratuitous or for compensation, male or female persons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.

Petitioner(s) shall make no changes in the premises interior without prior written approval from the Department.

The boundaries of this patio will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public side walk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries as approved and designated on the most recently certified ABC-257, shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
