Operating Restrictions:

Petitioner(s) shall not require an admission charge or a cover charge, nor shall there be a requirement to purchase a minimum number of drinks.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to, live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

When the patio area of the premises, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 is being utilized for sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages, it shall be equipped with a video camera so staff members may continually monitor said patio area.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

When the said patio area is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, the planter boxes and chain roping shall be in place at the boundary location approved on the most recently certified ABC 257.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
