Operating Restrictions:
Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 10:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight) Monday through Thursday; 9:00 am to 2:00 am on Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight) on Sunday.
Full and complete meals must be served whenever the privileges of the license are being exercised.
The monthly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the monthly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.
Noise (noise is defined as "any raucous sound that is produce in such a manner or to such a degree as to disturb the peace, quiet, and comfort of persons in the neighborhood") shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.
Graffiti shall be removed from the premises and all parking lots under the control of the licensee within 72 hours of application. If the graffiti occurs on a Friday or weekend day, or on a holiday, the licensee shall remove the graffiti within 72 hours following the beginning of the next weekday.
The exterior of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the premises. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.
At no time shall the licensee(s) allow a third party promoter to have any control over the marketing, management, operation, or staffing of this business.
It is intent of this license that its use is by appointment only (pre-scheduled events) and at no time shall this premise be open to walk-in, uninvited guests. An appointment book shall be maintained upon the premises at all times and available to law enforcement upon request for review.
the licensee shall comply with the provisions of Section 23038 of the Business and Professions Code and acknowledges that incidental, sporadic, or infrequent sales of meals or a mere offering of meals without actual sales shall not be deemed sufficient to consider the premises in compliance with the aforementioned code section.
