The premises shall be maintained primarily as a market and the quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of all other products. Invoices and receipts of all projects and records of sales thereof shall be kept for a minimum of one year and shall be maintained separately form invoices and records of purchases and sales of alcoholic beverages. Such invoices and records shall be made available to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control on demand.

There shall be no alcoholic beverages consumed on any portion of the licensed premises or any portion of the property adjacent to the licensed premises which is under the control of the licensee, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253 Supplemental Diagram.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining the area under its control adjacent to the licensed premises free of litter, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253 Supplemental Diagram.

There shall be no amusement devices, coin-operated or otherwise, permitted in the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 Diagram of Licensed Premises.

Persons shall not loiter in the premises or on the adjacent property under the control of the licensee as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253 Supplemental Diagram.

Sales of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM each day of the week.

Graffiti painted or marked upon the licensed premises, or on an adjacent area which is under the control of the licensee, shall be removed or painted over within forty eight (48) hours.
