Operating Restrictions:

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under which is under the control of the licensees. There shall be two (2) signs measuring at least 1'x 1' each posted prohibiting the consumption of any alcoholic beverage on any property adjacent the licensed premises under the control of the licensees, in compliance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.27 (c) and 41.27 (h). The signs must be at least 1' X 1' in size with letters at least 2" in size.

Loitering begging or soliciting for employment shall not be allowed on the establishment premises or that area adjacent to the premises over which the licensees have control. It shall be the responsibility of the licensees to ensure that these activities do not occur.

The licensees shall be responsible for maintaining free of graffiti and litter the premises and area adjacent to the premises over which they have control. Graffiti shall be removed within 48 hours of its discovery.

No coin operated amusement devices shall be operated on the licensed premises.
