Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 AM and 01:00 AM each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 05-03-12.

No "happy hour" type or reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

Alcoholic beverages shall not be sold and served in pitchers or containers that are clearly intended to dispense multiple servings. Individual servings of beer shall not exceed 16 ounces. Individual servings of wine shall not exceed 8 ounces.

Sales and delivery of alcoholic beverages to customers in the patio area shall be made by the licensee(s), or an employee of the licensee(s).

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

The establishment employees shall not be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages during their shift.

Petitioner(s) shall police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises as depicted on the ABC-253 dated 05-03-12.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 05-03-12 and the ABC-253 dated 05-03-12.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 05-03-12 and the ABC-253 dated 05-03-12, shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.
