Operating Restrictions:

There shall be no bar maintained in said premises at which patrons may obtain and/or consume alcoholic beverages. This shall not apply to the sushi bar in the premises.

There shall be no bar/or lounge area in the premises which is separated room the dining area by such means as walls or partitions, and which is used solely or primarily for sale and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 am and 11:00 pm each day of the week.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in restaurants.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

Live Entertainment/dancing shall not be permitted on the premises and is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be presesnt in the patio to ensure the the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, State Statutes, County and City Ordinances are not violated upon this portion of the licensed premises.

The boundaries of the patio will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk. Such barriers and boundaries as shown and approved on diagram ABC-257 dated 10-27-2022 and ABC-253 dated 10-11-2022 shall not be changed without prior approval from the Department.

The petitioner shall provide adequate off-street contracted valet parking for the use and convenience of the patrons at all times the premises are open for business and licensee is/are exercising the privileges of the license.

Trash pickup at the premises will be made no earlier than 7:00 am nor later than 8:00 pm.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter and graffiti the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 10-27-2022 and ABC-253 dated 10-11-2022.

The rear door shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries.

No patron parking shall be allowed in the alleyways directly east of the premises.

No coin amusement devices shall be operated on the licensed premises.
