Operating Restrictions:

There shall be no live entertainment, amplified music, or dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

There shall be no exterior advertising of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages.

The sale or beer, wine and distilled spirits for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

There shall be no pool tables or coin-operated video games maintained upon the premises at any time.

At all times when the premises is open for business, the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be incidental to the sale of food.

The licensee shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

The subject alcoholic beverage control license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license.
