Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 pm from Sunday through Thursday, and 9:00 am and Midnight on Friday and Saturday.

There shall be no dancing allowed in or on the premises at any time.

Except as provided, there shall be no amplified music or other entertainment permitted in or on the premises at any time. For purposes of this condition, “amplified” shall mean the use of any electric, electronic, or other powered device that may be used or manipulated to control the volume of music or other entertainment. The operation of a single jukebox or stereo, or other similar device is permitted, provided, however, that the music or other entertainment shall not be audible outside the premises.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio/terrace/other area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 01/18/2017 and ABC-253 dated 01/18/2017.
