Operating Restrictions:

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m each day of the week.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 7-18-20 and ABC-253 dated 7-18-2022.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 7-18-2022 and ABC-253 dated 7-18-2022.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 24 hours of being applied.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

All ice shall be sold at or about prevailing prices in the area and not less than five (5) pounds per sale and shall not be given away free.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 7-18-2022 and ABC-253 dated 7-18-2022.

There shall be no cups, glasses, or similar receptacles commonly used for the drinking of beverages, sold, furnished, or given away at the petitioner's premises in quantities of less than twenty-four in their original multi-container package.

The possession of alcoholic beverages in open containers and the consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on or around these premises as depicted on ABC-253, dated 7-18-2022.

The applicant shall post signs, in compliance with Section 41.27(e) L.A.M.C., on the outside of the premises notifying the public of the provisions of Section 41.27(d) L.A.M.C, in both English and the predominant second language in the area as follows: "it is violation of 41.27(d) L.A.M.C. to possess any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed on or adjacent to these premises."

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices in the premises at any time.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

The licensee shall keep the property, adjacent to the licensed premises and under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on ABC-253, dated 7-18-2022, clear of newspaper racks, benches, pay telephones, bicycle racks, and any other objects which may encourage loitering.

No person under the age of 21 shall sell or deliver alcoholic beverages, unless an adult older than 21 years of age supervises that person.

Electronic age verification device(s) which can be used to determine the age of any individuals attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages or tobacco products shall be installed on the premises at each sale location. This device(s) shall be maintained in any operational condition and all employees shall be instructed in their use prior to the sale of any alcoholic beverages.

The petitioner(s) shall post and maintain a professional quality sign facing the premises parking lot(s) that read as follows: NO LOITERING, NO LITTERING, NO DRINKING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST The sign shall be at least two feet square with two inch block lettering. The sign shall be in English and Spanish.
