Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted area only between the hours of 11:00 am and 1:45 am, each day of the week.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants. The licensee shall prepare the foods listed on the menu until at least 11:00 pm on all days in which the premises is open for business.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No "happy hour" type of reduced price alcoholic beverages promotion shall be allowed.
