Operating Restrictions:
The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
Private/semi-private rooms constructed on the premises shall have the following characteristics: a. No physical obstruction, including but not limited to, planters, partitions or items of décor, shall be placed or attached to any section of the doors, or wall which covers any portion of the glass within the door or walls. b. No physical construction, including but not limited to, planters, partitions or items of décor, shall be placed or attached to any section of the doors, or wall which covers any portion of the glass within the door or walls. c. All doors and walls to said rooms shall be constructed in such a manner as to have at least a clear glass window in the upper portion of said door and wall which measures no less than 22 by 22 inches d. Doors of said rooms must allow the activities in the interior of the rooms to be easily discernible at all times. e. The lighting in said rooms will be sufficient to make easily discernible the activities in the interior of the rooms at all times. f. There shall be no "dimmer" type lighting controls in the interior of said rooms. g. Said rooms shall not contain refrigeration units of any type. h. All food and beverages served to patrons utilizing said rooms will be by way of waitress service only i. Said rooms shall be equipped with audio and video equipment sufficient for performances commonly associated with “Karaoke” style entertainment. j. Karaoke style entertainment must be available at all times in said rooms during the hours of operation of the premises. k. No obstruction other than clear glass, shall be attached, fastened or connected to either the partitions or ceiling to separate the booths/dining areas within the interior space of the licensed premises. l. Said obstructions partitions other than clear glass shall not exceed 54" in height.
