The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM Friday through Saturday.

Except as provided, there shall be no amplified music or other entertainment permitted in or on the premises at any time. For purposes of this condition, “amplified” shall mean the use of any electric, electronic, or other powered device that may be used or manipulated to control the volume of music or other entertainment. The operation of a single jukebox or stereo, or other similar device is permitted, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in or on the patio area at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.
