Operating Restrictions:

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 8-14-13 and ABC-253 dated 8-14-13.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.daily.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 8-14-13 and ABC-253 dated 8-14-13.

During all business hours, the exterior of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot.

There shall be no cups, glasses, or similar receptacles commonly used for the drinking of beverages, sold, furnished, or given away at the petitioner's premises in quantities of less than twelve in there original multi-container package.

All ice shall be sold at or about prevailing prices in the area and in quantities of not less than 10 pounds per sale and shall not be given away free.

No wine shall be sold in containers of less than 750 ML.

No malt beverage products shall be sold in less than six (6)pack quantities per sale.

No wine shall be sold with an alcoholic content of greater than 15% by volume.

No distilled spirits pre-mixed with any other beverage (commonly referred to as "club drinks" and/or "cocktails for two") shall be sold in containers less than 750 ML.
