Petitioner shall not permit any person to possess an open container or consume alcoholic beverages in or around the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.

No alcohol consumption shall be permitted at this location.

All alcoholic beverages offered for sale by petitioner/licensee to the general public shall be displayed within the portion of the retail premises open to the public. Such display may include by way of electronic, on-line, or other form of catalog. The alcoholic beverages offered for sale to in-person visitors can be a curated selection and need not include all alcoholic beverages in petitioners/licensee's inventory.

All alcoholic beverages offered for sale by petitioner/licensee to the general public shall be made conveniently available for inspection and purchase by customers in the portion of the retail premises open to the public. The alcoholic beverages offered for inspection and purchase by in-person visitors can be curated and need not include all alcoholic beverages in petitioners/licensee's inventory.

The hours during which the area of the retail premises is open for business shall be posted at the entrance of the premises.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recent certified ABC-253.

Peace officers, as listed in Section 830.1 of the California Penal Code, and the Director and other persons employed by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the administration and enforcement of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act are hereby authorized to visit and inspect the proposed premises as outlined in red on the most recently certified ABC-257, at any time the undersigned is exercising the privileges authorized by the license on such premises.

The petitioner(s) shall post a prominent, permanent sign stating, “NO OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED ON THESE PREMISES” in a place that is clearly visible to patrons of the licensed premises. The sign shall be at least two feet square with at least two inch block lettering.
