Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 08:00AM and 12:00AM (Midnight) each day of the week.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio and roof deck areas only between the hours of 8:00AM and 10:00PM, each day of the week.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio/rooftop patio area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.
