Operating Restrictions:

Petitioner(s) shall not share any profits, or pay any percentage or commission to a promoter or any other person, based upon monies collected as a door charge, cover charge, or any other form of admission charge, including minimum drink orders or the sale of drinks.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 am and 2:00am each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be allowed after 11:00 pm every day of the week and not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The petitioner(s) shall post a prominent, permanent sign stating, “NO LOITERING IS ALLOWED ON OR IN FRONT OF THESE PREMISES” in a place that is clearly visible to patrons of the licensed premises. The sign shall be at least two feet square with at least two-inch block lettering.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio/terrace/other area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

Said patio/terrace/other area shall be fully enclosed with a fixed barrier.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

No patron will be permitted to carry an alcoholic beverage from interior portion of the premises to said patio/terrace/other area, nor from said patio/terrace/other area to the interior portion of the premises.

Between the hours of 8:00 pm to 4:00 am every Friday and Saturday, the petitioner(s) shall provide 2 uniformed security guards in the parking lot and/or premises during any event that may attract more than 75 guests and shall maintain order therein and prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property by nearby residents or the surrounding community. The licensed uniform security guard must be licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 10:00 am to 11:00 pm, each day of the week.
