No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 12-14-2021.

All ice shall be sold at or about prevailing prices in the area and in quantities of not less than three (3) pounds per sale and shall not be given away free.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 12-14-2021.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 of being applied.

No individual cups, glasses or other similar containers shall be sold or supplied to customers.

The licensee(s) shall not sell and/or offer for sale or display any magazine, video or other printed material which contains pictures depicting: a. Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. b. Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, buttocks anus or genitals. c. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva or the anus or the genitals. d. Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict, or drawings are employed to portray, any other prohibited activities described above.

The applicant shall post signs in compliance with Section 41.27(d) LAMC, on the outside of the premises notifying the public of the provisions of Section 41.27(d) LAMC, in both English and the predominant second language in the area as follows: "It is a violation of 41.27(d) LAMC to possess any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed on or adjacent to the premises."

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

The applicant shall provide adequate lighting above the entrance to the premises. The lighting shall be sufficient strength to make visible the identity and actions of all persons entering or exiting the premises.

The hours of operation shall not exceed 7:00 am to 12:00 midnight, Sunday through Thursday and 7:00 am to 1:00 am, Friday and Saturday.

The sale, possession for sale of display of wine which contains more than 14% alcohol by volume shall be prohibited.
