Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of TIME and TIME each day of the week.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated DATE and ABC-253 dated DATE.

The applicant shall post signs in compliance with Section 41.27 (e) L.A.M.C, on the outside of the premises notifying the public of the provisions of Section 41.27 (d) L.A.M.C, in both English and the predominant second language in the area, as follow: "It is a violation of 41.27 (d) L.A.M.C., to possess any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, on or adjacent to these premises.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated DATE and ABC-253 dated DATE.

There shall be no coin operated amusement devices or video games permitted on the premises at any time.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

The applicant shall provide adequate lighting for the parking lot area. This lighting shall be of sufficient strength to make visible the identity and actions of all persons entering and exiting the parking lot area.

Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, buttocks anus or genitals. c. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva or the anus or the genitals. d. Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict, or drawings are employed to portray, any other prohibited activities described above.

The licensee shall keep the property, adjacent to the licensed premises and under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-253, date________, clear of newspaper racks, benches, pay telephones, bicycle racks and any other objects which may encourage loitering.

Wine shall not be sold in bottles or containers smaller than 750 ml. and wine-coolers, beer coolers, or pre-mixed distilled spirit cocktails must be sold in manufacturer pre-packaged multi-unit quantities.
