Operating Restrictions:

The sale of products, other than beer and wine, measured the gross receipts on a quarterly basis, shall exceed the quarterly sales of beer and wine products, measured by gross receipts. Quarterly gross sales of all alcoholic beverages shall not exceed 16% of the quarterly gross sales of all food products. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sales of products, other that beer and wine and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be make available to the Department on demand.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee.

There shall be no pool tables, arcade type games,or video games machines maintained upon the premises at any time.

There shall be no exterior advertising of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages.

No domestic or malt beverages shall be sold in less than six pack quantities per sale. However, imported beer, with the exception of beer imported from Mexico, may be sold in single containers.

No wine, with the exception of wine coolers, shall be sold in less than 750 ml bottles with an alcoholic content of greater than 15% unless alcohol is "dessert wine".

All ice shall be sold at or above prevailing prices in the area and in quantities of not less than 5 pounds per sale.

Trash pick up at the premises shall be made between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.

The licensee shall provide off-street parking spaces for vehicles for 5 vehicles for use by patrons of the premises.

The licensee shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which the licensee has control, as as well as the off-street parking area provided by the licensee.

The sale of products, other than beer and wine, measured by gross receipts on an annual basis, shall exceed the annual sales of beer and wine products, measured by gross receipts.
