Operating Restrictions:

The hours of operation, including the sales,service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. each day of the week.

The sale of alcoholic beverages shall be incidental to the sale of food.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 09/09/13 and ABC-253 dated 09/09/13.

There shall be no pool tables, amusement machines or video game devices maintained upon the premises at any time.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

Amplified music shall not be audible beyond that part of the structure which is under the control of the licensee.

Trash pickup at the premises will be made no earlier than 9:00 a.m. nor later than 7:00 p.m.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

The petitioner(s) shall provide off-street parking spaces for vehicles for use by patrons of the premises.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 09/09/13 and ABC-253 dated 09/09/13.

All external security personnel if any, shall be in uniform and be licensed by the State of California.

The food counter as indicated on ABC-257 dated 09/09/13 shall be used for the service of food. Alcoholic beverages may be served at the counter only in conjunction with the service of meals. No alcoholic beverages shall be served to persons at the counter who are not seated for the purpose of eating.

A parking attendant will be located at the restaurant property to park cars for patrons at all times.

The building which the restaurant is located within will be kept clean and free of graffiti at all times. Any graffiti will be painted over the match the color of the building.

Any noise at the property will be strictly controlled.

The property will be kept clean and free of dirt and debris at all times. Maintenance will be strictly controlled and enforced.

There shall be no use of the dumpsters before 9:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. Trash area is to be locked at all times.

Trash company will take dumpster and manually roll out to street. The practice of driving up to the easement will be prohibited.

Filters to be installed on roof to not allow wafting of odors into the residential area.

Valet parking and other parking services shall not use the alley between 7994 Sunset Boulevard and the residential unites on Laurel Avenue for parking, or for moving cars into or out of valet parking areas, or for the loading and unloading of passengers after 11:00 p.m.
