The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM Midnight each day of the week.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, each day of the week.
