Operating Restrictions:
Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 pm each day of the week.
The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide restaurant and the subject license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license.
There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons.
There shall be no live entertainment, amplified music or dancing permitted on the premises at any time.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s).
The boundaries of this patio will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control
The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patio at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed, to ensure that the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, State Statute, County or City Ordinances are not violated upon this portion of the licensed premises.
