Operating Restrictions:

Sales of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.

All ice shall be sold at or above prevailing prices in the area and in quantities of not less than 3 pounds.

All cups or containers shall be sold at or above prevailing prices and in their original multi-container packages of no fewer than 24, and no cups or containers will be given free of charge.

Alcoholic beverages shall not be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises which is under the control of the licensee. (See Attached ABC-253)

The applicant shall post and maintain a sign at each entrance stating that loitering is prohibited in the premises and parking area. Each sign shall measure at least one foot by one foot square. All signs shall be in English and Spanish and in the predominate language of the clientele.

The licensee shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter and graffiti the area adjacent to the premises under which they have control. Any graffiti on said property shall be removed within 72 hours of when it appears. (See Attached Diagram)

No coin operated amusement devices shall be operated on the licensed premises.

There shall be no exterior advertising of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, prompting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.
