Operating Restrictions:

There shall be no live entertainment, amplified music or dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

There shall be no pool tables or coin-operated amusement devices maintained upon the premises.

The sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 12 noon and 8:00 p.m. daily.

The sale of beer and/or wine for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

All alcoholic beverages used in conjunction with the operation of the subject business shall be purchased pursuant to the applied-for On Sale Beer & Wine (Public Premises) license.

All alcoholic beverages purchased pursuant to the applied-for license shall be stored on the subject licensed premises.

Petitioners shall maintain necessary and proper records with respect to the purchase and sale of all alcoholic beverages pursuant to the applied for On Sale Beer and Wine (Public Premises) license.

No alcoholic beverages shall be furnished to any person without the cost of such beverage either paid for directly or incorporated within the cost of participation in a wine appreciation course or tasting.

Individual servings of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed two (2) ounces per glass or container. This condition shall not be construed so as to prohibit a patron from purchasing more than one (1) glass and/or container of an alcoholic beverage for the purpose of comparative tasting(s).
