Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 am and 1:00 am, each day of the week.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption. The existing food counter, which measures 24' in length and 3'in height, shall deemed not a violation of this condition.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

A single jukebox or stereo may be maintained upon the inside of the premises, however, the music shall not be audible of the patio area.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 7-2-13.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

The boundaries of this patio will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee. These barriers and boundaries shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
