Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

When the said patio/terrace area is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, the barrier/fencing/railing shall be in place at the boundary location approved on the most recently certified ABC 257.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
