Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 08/18/21 and ABC-253 dated 08/18/21.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the pool area at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 08/18/21 and ABC-253 dated 08/18/21.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 08/18/21 and ABC-253 dated 08/18/21.

The petitioner(s) shall post and maintain a professional quality sign facing the premises parking lot(s) that read as follows: NO LOITERING, NO LITTERING, NO DRINKING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST The sign shall be at least two feet square with two inch block lettering. The sign shall be in English and Spanish.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.

There shall be no coin operated or video machines maintained upon the premises at any time.
