Operating Restrictions:

Sales of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight, Friday and Saturday.

There shall be no cups, glasses, or similar receptacles commonly used for the drinking of beverages, sold, furnished, or given away at the petitioner's premises in quantities of less than twenty-four in there original multi-container package.

All ice shall be sold at or about prevailing prices in the area and in quantities of not less than AMOUNT pounds per sale and shall not be given away free.

The possession of alcoholic beverages in open containers and the consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on or around these premises as depicted on ABC-253, dated DATE.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated (date) and ABC-253 dated (date).

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices in the premises at any time.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within (number of hours) of being applied.

the applicant shall post signs in compliance with Section 41.27 (e) L.A.M.C. on the outside of the premises notifying the public of the provisions of Section 41.27 (e) L.A.M.C in both English and predominant second language in the area, as follow: "It is a violation of 41.27 (d) L.A.M.C., to possess any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, on or adjacent to the premises."

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated (date) and ABC-253 dated (date).

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

Lighting in the parking area and the rear of the premises shall be directed, positioned and shielded in such a manner so as not to unreasonably illuminate the window area of nearby residences.

Trash shall not be emptied into outside trash containers between the hours of TIME nor later than TIME.

The licensee(s) shall not sell and/or offer for sale or display any magazine, video or other printed material which contains pictures depicting: a. Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. b. Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, buttocks anus or genitals. c. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva or the anus or the genitals. d. Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict, or drawings are employed to portray, any other prohibited activities described above.
