Operating Restrictions:
The premises shall be maintained as a Bona Fide Eating Place and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.
There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.
The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.
Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
No noise shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s).
The front door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.
No person under the age of 21 shall sell or deliver alcoholic beverages.
The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.
Loitering (loitering is defined as "to stand idly about; linger aimlessly without lawful business") is prohibited on any sidewalks or property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee.
Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.
