Operating Restrictions:
The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
Live Entertainment shall be limited to no more than five entertainers.
The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.
Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio areas only between the hours of 8:00AM and 10:00PM each day of the week.
The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on rear patio, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.
There shall be no live entertainment of any type IN THE REAR PATIO, including but not limited to, live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.
