Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Sunday thru Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 9/18/20 and ABC-253 dated 12/17/20.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 9/18/20 and ABC-253 dated 12/17/20.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

The petitioner(s) shall post and maintain a professional quality sign facing the premises parking lot(s) that read as follows: NO LOITERING, NO LITTERING, NO DRINKING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST The sign shall be at least two feet square with two inch block lettering. The sign shall be in English and Spanish.

The licensee shall post and maintain a sign at each entrance and exit of the patio area to the On-Sale General Place licensed premises stating "No alcoholic beverages beyond this point" as designated on the ABC-257 dated 9/18/20. The sign shall be at least one foot square with letter being at least 2 inches in size.

The boundaries of this patio will be clearly defined and designated by the physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries as approved and designated on the ABC-257, dated 9/18/20, shall not be changed without the prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.
